These are all horrible to watch but my personal favorite is the construction worker who explodes, falls 12 stories, then lands on a moving truck (as if the explosion and lethal fall weren’t indignities enough.
Also worth checking out is the PSA website – full of cartoon flash animations of workers losing their hands in machinery operations.
